Having marinated the pork for 10 hours, we bbqd them and they were very very juicy served with grilled scallions on top, mashed buttery potatoes underneath, sliced grilled yellow beets, braised cauliflower and brussel sprouts and my favorite bite on the plate....cold corn relish, corn off the cob, brandywine tomato chunks, balsamic vinegar and chopped white sweet onions.......yummy!
